BSA542 Issue 015: Reflection on Myself

My Self Evaluation Time...

So lets get into it. Over the past semester I have found it quite difficult attending so many classes and having so many assessments, especially if they have a large workload and they need plenty of out of class time to do stuff. In the first term it was alright as the primary assessments I had were all proposals, but the issue has come along in the second term. I have spread myself thin and have been finding it difficult to put in the extra hours. I have barely given myself any time to rest and that's has become a major issue for me. 

The primary thing that I have liked about this year though is the way that this class has been constructed. I was quite pleased to find the class very easy to follow and I was able to manage to finish all the work i needed in the allocated time that I was given. The proposal was quite good as I have already done several of these in the past year so it was nothing new to me, but it was very interesting to see all the talented artist in the first year group that will give me a  run for my money. 

The Pitch Bible was a very nice change form last year as I could work towards something that I would like to keep a hold onto, and being able to have a printed copy of my work will be quite neat and I will be very proud of what I have made, but hopefully it prints well. I think that this year my still at digital art and design has improved greatly compared to the atrocities that I made in my first year of this course and I am actually happy with my work that I created.

The primary things I would do differently if I had to do this all over again is try and improve my drawing skills further and flesh out my characters story more. I wish I had been a bit more creative in some of my choices and not had taken on so many tasks like juggling my Job and my classes and assessments. What I would like to differently in the future is give myself more time to rest so I can do better than be tired and terrible all the time. Overall I am pleased with how I have gone these previous 5 months and I am excited for what the second semester may ensue, so I wish my future self good luck and I would like to thank my tutor for being so helpful and understanding and teaching me how to improve on what I have god, cheers.
