BSA525 Issue Eleven: The Beginning after the Break

So we began todays class by hanging up our posters, then we began work on our storyboards. While we were looking into references for us I came across a neat video that has a comparison for the storyboarding compared to the final animation from the Legend of Korra. This shows one of the most important battles in the first season of the show and it gives me a lot of inspiration. how the subtle build up starts and how the fight scene has several different camera angle to maximize the impact and the side of the space and the scale of the battle, so cool. 

Afterwards I just did some sketching on designs for the animatic and characters, and should post all of the thumbs done in the next blog.
