BSA542 Issue 003: Give me a Minute

So today in class we went over the basics in Maya, which I must say I excel at. The only issue that the new first years learnt how Maya has to have a minute to load, quite a bit. We went through the basics like movement and then attempted to start modeling.

What I made: I decided to practice in Maya by working on a sword and try to see what shaping I could get. I will need to get a lot better at learning the program so I can improve upon my 3D and make it look really professional.

How I thought it went: I thought it went good but I think I will need to learn it a bit more about modeling and  learn how to texture stuff well and make it look more realistic.
I thought I did quite well for a beginning though and hope to further improve on my skills.
