BSA525 Issue Six: A Dive into the World of Stories
Date: 17/03/2021
We started off todays class by submitting our blogs onto blackboard. We then watched three short films with a three act structure called salt and pepper, Hey, I love you, bye and Father. We ended up coming up with the base overview of our stories which is pretty neat and I'm pretty wrapped with it, as I like the idea and want to build upon it.

Children of the Gods
Hunter born
EXT. Meadow - MORNING
A lone Elk grazes in a meadow. It hears a twig break and the elk galops off. A
Tall and muscular Hunter, IVAR, emerges from some bushes, cursing before giving
chase to the Elk.
EXT. FOREST - MORNING
As the elk is galloping arrows fly past it hitting trees along its path. IVAR
continues the chase fires several more arrows from his bow towards the elk but
manages to land a hit on the elk with his last arrow.
EXT. CLEARNING – MORNING
IVAR walks up to the corpse of the Elk and pulls a knife from his belt an
begins to dress the carcass. While he is dressing, he hears a sort of howl
coming from being him. He slowly puts his knife away and turns around, bow in
hand. Ivar nocks an arrow as a grotesque humanoid beast lunges out from the
trees.
EXT. CLEARING – MORNING
A battle ensues as the beast claws out towards IVAR, with him blocking the
attacks with his bow and rolling out of the way. IVAR lands a few arrows in the
beast as it howls in pain. After trading blows IVAR gets a large gash across
his face and falls backwards. IVAR Knocks on last arrow and manages to shoot
the beast in the forehead as it then crumples to the ground and quickly becomes
ash.
EXT. CLEARING - MIDDAY
IVAR heavily breathes as he rests after the fight. “Where in Odin’s beard did
that come from”. He looks towards the edge of the meadow and can see a patch
where the woods seem to die. IVAR stands up and begins to follow the ‘path’.
EXT. DEAD PATH - MIDDAY
As IVAR Follows the Path he comes across a cliff edge. He crouches and sneaks
up to the edge and looks below to see a hoard of the Beasts. IVAR whispers, “I
must warn the Village”, as stands up and runs off into the woods, as the sounds
of the growl and howls grow louder.
